Revised and organized the TITAN (Teens Informing Teens About Non-violence) curriculum

Supervised, and trained staff of 18 and 10 volunteers.

Facilitated team meetings and trainings.
Identified and trained upcoming coordinators to transition into my position when I leave.

Participated in leveraging $390,000 to build an Art Park in South Providence.
Made physical improvements, including building benches, painting murals, and planting trees in the Art Park.

Kept going to the Art Park every spring, summer and beginning of fall to touch up the park
